Job summary

Pathfinder is seeking an Information and Technology Director to provide strategic leadership for technology, systems, and information. You will oversee IT services, ensure reliable operations, and drive security, risk, and data management in support of Pathfinder’s mission.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, collaborate with senior leaders, and stay ahead of emerging technologies to improve services and organizational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; certifications allowed.
• Minimum 5 years in IT operations leadership.
• At least 2 years directing staff and managing third-party vendors.
• Strong knowledge of information security, risk, and compliance; SaaS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy & Organizational Planning: oversee IT services dept., align with goals, plan changes and initiatives.
• Technology Operations & Employee Support: ensure reliable systems, provide strong user support, and improve processes.
• Information Security, Risk & Compliance: serve as Information Security Officer, manage risks and compliance.
• Data & Systems Management: ensure data is managed as a reliable asset and systems work together.
• Vendor & Resource Management: manage vendor relationships and projects.
