Job summary

Pathfinder seeks an Information and Technology Director to provide strategic leadership for technology, systems, and information security. You will guide initiatives to ensure reliable technology, regulatory compliance, and data integrity across the organization.

You will lead an IT team, manage budgets, and collaborate with senior leaders to align technology with Pathfinder's mission and services. This role is full-time in Huntington, IN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in IT operations.
• At least 2 years directing employees and managing resources (including vendors).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee IT Services department activities and priorities.
• Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead IT operations to provide reliable systems and effective employee support.
• Serve as Information Security Officer; manage risks and compliance.
• Oversee data management and integration across systems; vendor management.
