Job summary

NTT DATA Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead cross-functional programs across technology and business teams. The role emphasizes risk management, issue resolution, and effective stakeholder communication.

You will create reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates, partner with Platform Engineering and DevOps teams, and drive governance and audit readiness in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, issue management, business analysis, technology operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders from technology and business organizations.
• Experience managing issues, risks, action plans, dependencies, and remediation activities through successful resolution.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts, risks, and remediation plans to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong meeting facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience creating reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive-level communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, issue management, business analysis, technology operations, or a related field.

• Knowledge of technology risk management and issue remediation processes.

• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent project management certification.

• ITIL Foundation Certification.

• COBIT training or certification.

• Agile certification.

• Experience developing executive reporting, governance metrics, and operational dashboards.

• Experience facilitating audits and regulatory examinations.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is [$55.45 to $64.16]. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
