Suburban Enterprises in Wisconsin is seeking a Technology Foreman to lead installation of low voltage systems, supervise a small crew, and ensure project quality and safety. You will manage materials, coordinate with customers and contractors, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, leadership ability, and certifications in CPR/First Aid, NFPA70E, OSHA 30, and ARC Flash training. A strong safety mindset and customer-service focus are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years' experience with low voltage systems (access control, CCTV, fire alarms, structured cabling).
• Ability to lead a small crew (2–5 technicians/electricians).
• Valid driver's license.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain shortly after start date.
• NFPA70E training.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• ARC Flash Training.

Responsabilidades

• Install and coordinate low voltage systems per project requirements and applicable codes, supervising quality workmanship.
• Manage customer contact and respond to needs promptly with a can-do attitude.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Complete projects within budget, on time, and with a strong safety record.
• Promote a zero-accident culture through training and continuous improvement.
