Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead critical field operations across multi-million dollar projects in Wisconsin. You will supervise trades, manage materials and manpower, and uphold safety and quality standards on site.

The role requires a current journeyman or master electrician license, NEC knowledge, and strong communication skills. You will use digital tools such as an iPad and smartphone to stay connected and deliver results.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Five+ years of experience managing a scope and multimillion dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Strong knowledge of the NEC and local codes.
• Proficient English reading, writing and speaking.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned scope, manage materials and manpower.
• Enforce high quality and safety standards on site.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to stay on schedule.
