NEXT Electric, LLC is seeking a full-time Technology Foreman in Madison, Wisconsin. The role involves coordinating System Technicians, ensuring safety compliance, and leading toolbox talks. You will work closely with Project Managers to stay within budget while analyzing blueprints and monitoring task progress.

The position requires 6+ years of low voltage installation experience and BICSI copper/fiber or technician certifications. Onsite work with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of recent low voltage installation experience.
• Certification requirement: BICSI Copper & Fiber or BICSI Technician or equivalent.
• Proficient communication (verbal/written) and MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate & supervise activities of System Technicians and plan labor requirements.
• Lead weekly jobsite safety toolbox talks; complete safety forms and inspections.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure productivity within budget guidelines.
• Analyze blueprints for job site knowledge and monitor progress of tasks.
