Job summary

Suburban Enterprises is seeking an Electrical Foreman to supervise and coordinate all electrical work on a job site, guiding a crew of electricians and apprentices. You will set and adjust timelines to meet schedules and ensure work is on budget and compliant with codes and plans.

The role requires five years of leadership experience, a WI Journeyman's license, and a valid WI driver's license. Applicants should value teamwork, safety, and customer relations as part of a growing, employee-owned

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience leading a portion of a large project or as a Foreman-In-Training.
• Must possess a State of WI Journeyman's License.
• Must possess a valid WI driver's license.
• Must be CPR and First Aid certified or able to obtain certification shortly after start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to medium size projects and lead crews of 2-5 team members.
• Organize and coordinate project timelines, materials, and equipment.
• Install electrical equipment per project requirements and codes, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Attend kick-off meetings to understand scope and plan all aspects of the project.
• Maintain professional customer relations and safety standards on site.
