Job summary

CDW is seeking a Technology FinOps Lead to establish an integrated financial management capability for CDW Technology, delivering clear visibility into technology spend, consumption, capacity, and value.

You will partner with Technology leadership, Finance, Strategic Sourcing, engineering and delivery teams to understand spend drivers, align with priorities, and identify opportunities to optimize cost and maximize value across cloud, software, labor, and capital investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with strong accounting or finance foundations.
• Experience solving complex business and financial problems with a focus on technology.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvements and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Assess current technology financial processes and identify opportunities to streamline controls.
• Design scalable budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and reporting processes.
• Map current-state workflows and establish future-state ownership and decision rights.
• Reduce manual reconciliations and inconsistent reporting through standardized methods.
• Develop common financial taxonomies and ensure data quality across systems.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives with Technology, Finance, and vendors.
