Job summary

CDW is seeking a Technology FinOps Lead to create and lead an integrated financial management capability. You will unify software vendor management, contracting, cloud and AI consumption, capitalization, and technology investments to deliver transparent, actionable cost visibility for Technology leaders.

The role partners with Technology, Finance, Strategic Sourcing, and delivery teams to optimize spend, forecast, and value realization. Strong Excel, TBM, and data-analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with broad finance experience.
• Experience solving complex business and financial problems with leadership exposure.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting skills.
• Ability to implement standardized financial processes across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Assess current Technology financial processes and identify simplifications and controls.
• Design scalable budgeting, forecasting, and spend reporting processes.
• Map current-state workflows and define future-state ownership and controls.
• Reduce manual reconciliations and inconsistent reporting.
• Establish common taxonomies and improve data quality and timeliness.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Technology, Finance, Sourcing, and vendors.
• Measure improvements in forecast accuracy, reporting cycle time, and cost control.
