Job summary

denizen is seeking a Project Manager in Kansas to lead AV/integration projects end-to-end and ensure client satisfaction from inception to completion.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage diverse technology solutions while coordinating with clients, builders, and internal teams. Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in residential or commercial AV project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read drawings and hardware schematics/prints.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle for AV and technology solutions.
• Maintain full project ownership and client satisfaction throughout.
• Serve as primary point of contact with stakeholders including clients, builders, subcontractors, sales, design and production teams.
• Set and manage client expectations with clear deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.
• Implement and maintain project management best practices.
