Job summary

Advisors Excel seeks a Technology Experience Coach to guide independent financial advisors and staff in adopting AE’s integrated technology stack. You will become the go-to resource for understanding each platform, its uses, and integrations, delivering practical coaching that makes technology intuitive and valuable.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and internal teams to create training materials, track adoption metrics, and inform platform roadmaps, with onsite Topeka, KS.

Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry (RIA, Broker-Dealer, or related).
• Familiarity with financial services technology platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce, Wealthbox, AE Portal, etc.).
• Strong coaching, teaching, and relationship-building skills; able to simplify complex tech for advisors.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills; comfortable in virtual and in-person settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Tech Path tools; guide advisors and staff to resources and training.
• Coach on technology adoption, best practices, and customer experience improvements.
• Create and update training resources, guides, and playbooks for virtual, online, and in-person learning.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to provide feedback, test improvements, and inform roadmaps.
• Track usage/adoption metrics and develop action plans for under-utilized tools.
• Support recruiting, retention, and growth conversations by showcasing AE’s tech value.
• Coordinate with Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align coaching with firm initiatives.
