Job summary

Advisors Excel, LLC seeks a Technology Experience Coach to guide independent financial advisors and staff in adopting the integrated technology stack. You will develop a broad understanding of the Tech Path suite, explain tool purposes and integrations, and provide proactive coaching to create intuitive, impactful experiences for advisors.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and internal/ external partners to deliver best practices, resources, and ongoing support that maximize technology

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services environments (RIA, Broker-Dealer, or related).
• Familiarity with financial services tech platforms and CRMs; ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong coaching, teaching, and relationship-building to simplify tech for advisors.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication for virtual and in-person settings.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive with a solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Tech Path tools and guide advisors to resources for deeper training.
• Proactively coach advisors on technology adoption and best practices.
• Create and update training resources, guides, and playbooks for various learning formats.
• Partner with Product Owners to gather feedback and inform platform roadmaps.
• Track usage metrics and design action plans for offices at risk of under-utilization.
• Highlight AE’s technology value in recruiting and growth conversations with top offices.
• Collaborate across Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align coaching with firm-wide initiatives.
