Job summary

RBC Wealth Management in Minneapolis is seeking a Technology Experience Consultant to bridge end-user needs with technology strategy, partnering with field operations and tech teams to improve advisor productivity and client experience.

The role combines strategic influence on product direction with hands-on adoption leadership, managing pilot rollouts, training programs and collateral to ensure consistent communication and successful technology adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Five years of financial services industry experience.
• Three years of training for adoption of new technology, processes and policies.
• Understanding of client and advisor engagement experience.
• In-depth understanding of the firm’s compliance policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the end user across technology initiatives.
• Drive adoption for all technology applications and identify adoption barriers.
• Capture and share end-user feedback with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to leverage initiatives across multiple business channels.
• Influence development of new and enhanced technology, policy and procedures.
• Define entrance and exit criteria for pilots and rollouts.
• Develop pilot and rollout plans aligning timelines with other initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments on messaging and supporting materials for adoption.
• Own training and collateral materials to ensure up-to-date resources.
