Job summary

Insight Global's IG Labs division seeks a Technology Engagement Lead to own health, strategy, and executive client relationships across a portfolio of enterprise AI, data, and automation engagements. You will oversee multiple engagements with dedicated technical delivery pods and partner with project managers, architects, engineers, and client stakeholders.

• Ability to translate technical progress into business impact and decisions.
• Experience managing escalations, risks, and scope changes with stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site at IG Labs HQ in Atlanta with up to 25% travel.

Job description

Location: 4 days on site in ATL - 1 remote day

Travel: up to 25%

IG Labs is Insight Global’s AI services and software division, focused on helping enterprise clients turn AI strategy into real business outcomes. Our teams work directly with clients to design, build, deploy, and scale AI solutions within their environments. We’re looking for a Technology Engagement Lead to own the health, strategy, and executive client relationship across a portfolio of enterprise AI, data, and automation engagements. This person will oversee multiple concurrent client engagements supported by dedicated technical delivery pods. You’ll partner closely with Technical Project Managers, architects, engineers, and client stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, translate technical progress into business impact, lead executive governance, challenge assumptions, identify risks, and provide recommendations that keep complex programs moving forward.

Required Skills:

• 10-15+ years of professional experience in management consulting, technology consulting, professional services, or complex client-facing technology delivery.
• Proven experience advising external Director, VP, or C-suite stakeholders, as well as ability to communicate with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Working technical knowledge of AI/data/automation solutions sufficient to follow technical discussions and credibly advise clients.
• Experience leading MBRs, QBRs, steering committees, executive reviews, or equivalent governance forums and work closely with Technical Project Managers and Engineers/ Architects
• Ability to turn technical information into clear business impact, risks, recommendations, and executive decisions.
• Experience managing escalations, risks, scope changes, and complex stakeholder environments.
• Ability to work on-site at Insight Global Headquarters in Atlanta with up to 25% travel.
