Job summary

Harnham, a high-growth AI software company, is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead in New York City with hybrid preference. You will own end-to-end client delivery, from discovery through production rollout, across AI, data, and analytics projects.

You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage dependencies, collaborate with stakeholders, and shape delivery methodologies while enabling executive-level decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex software, AI, analytics, data, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Consulting/solutions architecture background advantageous.
• Hands-on with data integration, APIs, data modelling, analytics, or AI technologies.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery from discovery through implementation and handoff.

As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will work at the intersection of AI, data, consulting, and client delivery, owning the implementation of cutting-edge solutions from discovery through production rollout.

The Role

You will take ownership of end-to-end client delivery, ensuring AI solutions are successfully designed, implemented, and adopted within enterprise environments.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading technical delivery from discovery and solution design through implementation, launch, and handoff.
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions, delivery milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Working closely with client business, analytics, technology, security, and operational teams.
• Designing and implementing integrations across APIs, data sources, workflows, and enterprise systems.
• Building prototypes, automations, evaluation frameworks, and production-ready solutions.
• Managing project dependencies, removing blockers, and maintaining momentum in ambiguous environments.
• Communicating technical decisions, risks, and recommendations to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Partnering with Product Managers to influence product direction and identify scalable, reusable capabilities.
• Supporting user adoption, documentation, operational handover, and long-term delivery success.

Your Skills & Experience

You will bring a blend of technical expertise, consulting capability, and stakeholder management experience, including:

• Strong experience leading complex software, AI, analytics, data, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Background within technology consulting, implementation consulting, solutions architecture, forward deployed engineering, data science, or technical programme delivery.
• Hands-on experience working with data integration, APIs, data modelling, analytics, or AI technologies.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with evolving requirements and competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a highly execution-focused mindset.
• Experience translating technical findings into business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable partnering with Product Managers and acting as a technical subject matter expert.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive and C‑suite audiences.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Python, SQL, cloud platforms, APIs, data pipelines, or AI applications is advantageous.
• Experience within healthcare, life sciences, financial services, or other regulated industries is beneficial but not essential.
