Tech Asst in California is seeking a Senior Engagement Lead (AI) to serve as the primary onsite liaison for an India-based offshore delivery team, translating client requirements into actionable AI solutions.

You will drive Agile delivery, manage stakeholder expectations across US and India time zones, lead AI solution design (ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents), and support pre-sales with solution discovery and effort estimation.

Formación

• 10+ years of Data & AI experience with client-facing roles.
• Strong AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents expertise.
• Proficient in Python, LangChain, and Azure AI services.
• Experience leading offshore or distributed delivery teams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary onsite contact for client stakeholders and business users.

• Coordinate with offshore teams in India and manage daily communication, handoffs, and blockers.
• Drive Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product roadmaps.
• Guide AI solution design across Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution discovery, effort estimation, and client presentations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, project risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Drive user adoption, business value, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure clear documentation and effective communication across onsite and offshore teams.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Engagement Lead (AI) with strong experience in Data & AI, client engagement, and technical solutioning. The ideal candidate will act as the primary onsite representative for an India-based offshore delivery team, bridging client requirements and technical execution while driving AI solutions and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite contact for client stakeholders and business users.
• Understand business requirements, user challenges, and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Coordinate with offshore teams in India and manage daily communication, handoffs, and blockers.
• Drive Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product roadmaps.
• Guide AI solution design across Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution discovery, effort estimation, and client presentations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, project risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data & AI, including client-facing consulting or engagement leadership.
• Strong technical background in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
• Experience with Python, LangChain or similar frameworks, Azure ML, and Azure OpenAI.
• Knowledge of data engineering, Azure data platforms, MLOps, and LLMOps.
• Proven experience leading offshore or distributed delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, product management, and backlog prioritization.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and pre-sales skills.
• Ability to work independently onsite and collaborate effectively with teams across US and India time zones.
