Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, computer science is a plus.
• 3–6 years of software-related work experience.
• Strategy consulting work experience is a plus.
• Experience of transactions in Technology Due Diligence or strategic value creation assignments.
• 3–6 years in technology experience (software engineering, cloud engineering, architecture analysis, product development)
• Experience in SaaS or platform businesses preferred.
• Detail-oriented and good at sifting through datasets quickly to identify patterns.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Structured problem solving.
• High learning agility.
• Interest in private equity and transaction environments.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate software platforms through a commercial, operational, and financial lens
• Provide analytical and technical support across product technology diligence engagements
• Conduct architecture reviews and documentation analysis
• Support codebase and technical debt analysis
• Analyze cloud infrastructure configurations
• Assist in evaluating roadmap feasibility
• Evaluate engineering operating model (team structure, velocity, DevOps)
• Provide insights on scalability risks, performance bottlenecks, and security considerations
• Prepare diligence slides, summaries, and deal insights
