Responsibilities

• Conduct code review and analysis of existing software
• Assess if code is original or from open sources and identify intended tasks
• Prepare memos and expert reports explaining technical concepts to non-experts
• Prepare rebuttal expert reports evaluating other experts’ conclusions
• Communicate with clients and counsel
• Prepare testifying experts for hearings, trials, and mediations
• Manage day-to-day requirements of multiple engagements
• Review work of junior staff
