For our client, we are seeking a Technology Director to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This leader will guide technology strategy for a high-volume support environment, with a focus on improving service delivery, operational efficiency, and cross-functional alignment. The role will partner closely with business leaders, vendors, and internal stakeholders to translate enterprise priorities into scalable technology capabilities. It also requires experience using AI-enabled approaches to enhance contact center performance and support continuous improvement across store, non-store, and supply chain processes.

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $280,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and plan needed capabilities
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business objectives
• Drive strategic alignment and partnerships across functions
• Evaluate market research and maintain industry knowledge
