Job summary

ALDF is seeking a Technology Director to lead the Technology Department for a fully remote workforce of 80+ staff. You will set the technology strategy, own cybersecurity and information governance, and oversee Salesforce platform governance and multi-year implementation.

You will supervise the Technology Manager and Database Administrator, manage the budget, and build cross-departmental partnerships. The role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on ability, capable of shaping long-term vision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• CISSP, CISM, IGP, CIP, or CIPP certifications preferred.
• 7+ years in technology with broad knowledge of information management and protection laws.

Responsibilities

• Develops technology strategies, policies, and procedures to support operations.
• Leads planning with Leadership Team and stakeholders.
• Manages Technology Department budget and vendor relationships.
• Supervises Technology Manager and Database Administrator; sets goals and development plans.
• Oversees security, privacy, and compliance including AI governance and Salesforce implementation.
• Ensures system availability, backups, DR, and business continuity.
• Communicates technology vision and fosters a collaborative, service-oriented culture.
• Oversees vendor relationships and external MSP management.
