The role focuses on coordinating technology scope across disciplines, documenting design progress, and producing technology design documentation.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit, with strong communication skills, and able to manage multiple projects while advancing the technology scope including Communications, Security, and

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years’ experience with Revit
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam preferred
• Familiarity with Structured Cabling systems
• Interest in pursuing Registered Communications Distribution Design (RCDD) certification

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Technology department head and team to drive project outcomes
• Perform Technology Design tasks utilizing Revit and AutoCAD or Bluebeam
• Meet with clients to understand their Technology needs
• Review project documents and client intents
• Assist in review of product data and shop drawing submittals
• Assist in responses to RFIs, CPRs, ASIs, and RFPs
• Perform QA/QC reviews of project documents across design phases
• Manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery
