Qualifications

Master’s or doctoral degree in a technology-related field.
Three years of full-time teaching experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

Academic Leadership and Strategic Planning: provide vision and leadership for programs.
Curriculum oversight and scheduling to ensure industry relevance and outcomes.
Faculty recruitment, development, evaluation, and retention of faculty.
Student success and engagement across technology programs.
Compliance, accreditation, and institutional effectiveness responsibilities.
Budget, resource, and facilities management for the department.
Industry, community engagement and institutional partnerships.
Administrative operations and communication, including meetings and reporting.
Teaching one course per semester in technologies and scholarly activities.
