Job summary

State Street seeks a seasoned technology executive to lead engineering and delivery for the IMS West Middle Office platform, overseeing legacy and cloud-native systems. Qualifications

15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in financial services or regulated institutions.
Proven track record leading large-scale, mission-critical technology platforms.
Experience managing legacy tech and modern cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering delivery and execution for IMS West Applications, overseeing architecture, engineering, QA, release management and production support.
Ensure high-quality execution aligned with business priorities, regulatory expectations and client commitments.
Establish delivery governance and accountability across globally distributed teams.
Drive platform stability, resiliency, and production service quality; reduce incidents and improve recovery capabilities.
Advance modernization through cloud transformations, automation, and DevOps practices.
Communicate with senior stakeholders and client executives in business terms.
