Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. in Durham, NC seeks a Technology Delivery Leader for Workplace Investing Portfolio Management.

You will coordinate large-scale workstreams, model Agile principles, and drive end-to-end delivery from planning to production, partnering with Squad Leaders, Product Owners, and Architects. You bring 7+ years in software development in Agile environments, 3+ years as an RTE or Delivery Lead in Scaled Agile, and strong communication with executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working in a Software Development Agile Environment.
• 3+ years of experience as an RTE, Delivery Lead or similar Scaled Agile Role.
• Incident Management experience preferred.
• Scaled Agile Certification preferred (ex: SAFe, Scrum Scale).
• Strong systems thinking and ability to see end-to-end impact.
• Excellent communication and people-interaction skills.
• Effective facilitator with ability to map out plans.
• Flexibility and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Strong executive presence to connect with leaders and inspire change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate large and sophisticated workstreams across the organization.
• Lead release management practices and coordinate end-to-end testing.
• Plan and execute quarterly planning activities for initiatives.
• Provide visibility into plans, progress, risks and metrics to leadership.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile and Scaled standard methodologies.
