Job summary

DriveWealth is seeking a Program Manager to drive releases in a Scaled Agile environment. You will coordinate with engineering, product, compliance, and operations to deliver scalable investing infrastructure for global fintechs and banks.

Responsibilities include leading scrum teams, conducting agile ceremonies, PI Planning, and data-driven program health reporting. Hybrid in Chicago, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience, ideally in technical environments with multiple cross‑functional development teams.
• Deep familiarity with Scaled Agile; CSM or similar Agile certification a plus.
• Demonstrated success leading initiatives in fintech, trading, or brokerage verticals.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies and deliver high‑impact releases in environments with multiple competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience influencing across technical and business teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage scrum teams across engineering, product, compliance, and operations.
• Run agile ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, refinement, retros.
• Prepare teams for PI Planning and product intake.
• Set goals and measurable outcomes in a fast-paced Scaled Agile environment.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and prioritization.
• Support release planning with technical leads.
• Drive operational excellence and mentor squads in Agile best practices.
• Coach teams on the agile transformation journey.
• Use data to track progress and communicate health to stakeholders.
• Use Jira, Confluence, G-Suite to manage workflows.
