The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of relevant law firm experience handling private offerings, venture capital, and transactional matters for fast-growing tech companies. This role demands outstanding analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills and offers exposure to high-profile deals, including venture financings and strategic M&A transactions. Candidates must be admitted to practice in the state where they will be based and will work closely with senior attorneys and clients in dynamic, high-growth environments. The position is available in the firm’s San Francisco or New York office.

Salary & Benefits

Expected base salary range of $260,000–$390,000, dependent on experience and location, plus discretionary merit bonus, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, parental leave, flexible time off, 401(k), and other benefits.
