Key Responsibilities

• Lead and negotiate venture financings and strategic transactions.
• Counsel startups and growth companies on formation, fundraising, and equity structuring.
• Advise VC firms and institutional investors on investments in emerging companies.
• Provide guidance on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and IP issues.
• Work with clients in AI, fintech, life sciences, SaaS, robotics, defense tech, and more.
