Job summary

Zenith Systems, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Associate - TD / AV to support procurement for Technology and Audio Visual projects. You will source, order, expedite, and coordinate delivery of specialized materials, liaising with project managers, field staff, suppliers, and warehouse operations to keep projects moving.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in purchasing/procurement or material coordination.
• Experience in construction-related AV/low-voltage projects is a plus.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to determine material needs across active projects.
• Review quotes, verify pricing, lead times, and delivery commitments before orders.
• Create and manage purchase orders; maintain vendor and project data.
• Track orders, backorders, shipments, and delivery dates; communicate risks.
• Coordinate direct-to-jobsite or warehouse deliveries and logistics.
• Resolve order discrepancies and optimize material flow.
• Identify inventory opportunities and consolidate orders where possible.
