Qualifications

• 2–5 years of work experience with suppliers and asset inventory tracking.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills; comfortable with large data sets.
• Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or equivalent service management platform.

Responsibilities

• Asset Tracking and Inventory Management: Maintain and update asset records across hardware and software.
• Procurement and Acquisition: Oversee asset purchases and add items to inventory on delivery.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage deployment, support, and retirement/disposal of assets.
• ITAM Maturity: Develop repeatable processes and governance for IT asset management.
• Security and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with security policies for assets.
• Data Analysis: Use asset data to find gaps and optimize license usage.
• Hands-on NY inventory management: Assist stockroom audits with the Support team.
• Reporting and Documentation: Create reports on asset status for audits and decisions.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve IT asset management processes.
• Training and Support: Provide training on asset topics across Technology.
