Application Reports Developer - Raleigh, NC - Open to Remote - W2 only

• Candidate must be able to work on the Clients W2 without a vendor or employer

Position Overview :

This role requires providing technical expertise to develop reports within the CoStar Application.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implementing a comprehensive report suite.
• Developing customized reports tailored to specific business needs.
• Updating reports to ensure accuracy.
• Drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes and report management.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the CoStar application.
• Creating and setting up new transaction types within the application.

• Technical Proficiency : Expert proficiency in CoStar reporting, development, and application setup. Lease Accounting Module
• IT Knowledge : Experience in troubleshooting application issues.
• Analytical Skills : Ability to create and manage reports to track transactions.
• Documentation Skills : Experience in drafting SOPs for new processes and report management.
• Attention to Detail : Ensuring accuracy in transaction setup and reporting.
