Position Overview:
We are rapidly growing and have recently updated our strategy. We seek a talented and motivated Report Developer to join our team responsible for creating critical report templates for our supported ERPs across various industries.
As a Report Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain financial and operational reports, along with budgeting templates for our ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have a background in ERP or Accounting software, Excel, and experience in designing and delivering accurate reports. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer and offers remote work flexibility.

Location:
We are focusing on building a team in the Philippines and are recruiting exclusively in this region.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team and product management to understand software features, report requirements, and design specifications.
• Use your knowledge of ERP systems to customize reports for users and validate results.
• Develop, document, and maintain financial, operational, and industry-specific reports using Velixo.
• Create, document, and maintain budgeting and automation templates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve report generation and data accuracy issues.
• Work with Documentation, Training, and QA teams to test and validate reports for data integrity.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing reports or develop new ones.
• Support partners and end-users, participate in community forums, and address report-related inquiries.

Requirements:

• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in report development for ERP software, proficiency in reporting tools and Excel, and strong analytical skills.
• 4+ years of experience with ERP or accounting software, preferably Sage Intacct, Acumatica, MYOB, or Dynamics Business Central.
• Understanding of financial and operational processes and reporting needs.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
• Good project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Degree preferred but not mandatory; self-taught candidates with relevant experience are welcome.

• Become proficient with our technology and integrate into the team within the first month.
• Transform reports into revenue-generating products within a year, increasing revenue by 10%.
• Maintain well-documented reports that generate less than 10% support requests and keep templates bug-free.
