Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced finance operations professional with accounts payable and procurement experience to serve as a primary point-person for purchase requests and vendor payments. Candidates should have demonstrated knowledge of Excel, accounting principles, and procurement policies, with the ability to multi-task in an organized and effective way.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and procurement processes
• Coordinate purchase requests and vendor payments
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and accounting principles
• Identify and implement process improvements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Procurement
• Vendor management experience, including onboarding, communication, and issue resolution
• Experience with new system implementations (preferred)
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
