PURE Insurance is launching a Technology Analyst Program designed for Spring 2026 graduates. The role begins with a paid, comprehensive rotational training program tied to PURE’s technology organization, with exposure to policy, claims, finance, service, and digital platforms.

The program starts in September 2026, split between Warren, NJ and White Plains, NY (HQ). Analysts will rotate through Business Analysis, Development, and Production Support to become well-rounded technology professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related field.
• Strong coding background with proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Familiarity with relational databases and understanding of SQL.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational program covering the full software development lifecycle across three functional areas: Business Analysis, Development, and Production Support.
• Gain an understanding of Agile development methodology and how it drives successful technology delivery.
• Develop, unit test, and implement features; troubleshoot escalated cases; support production releases.
