Job summary

PURE Insurance invites Spring 2026 graduates to join its Technology Analyst Program to design and develop software solutions while learning from experienced professionals across PURE’s technology organization.

The program starts in September 2026 with rotations across three functional areas, offering hands-on training and collaboration with a supportive team. It is a paid, in-office hybrid program with assignments at Warren, NJ and White Plains, NY (HQ).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one of Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational program covering the full software development lifecycle across three functional areas.
• Build and manage product backlogs using Agile practices and define acceptance criteria.
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions for senior review.
• Develop, test, and implement features based on approved designs; support production releases.
• Learn to build, deploy, and debug serverless applications using AWS Lambda and ECS.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to knowledge base updates.
