Job summary

The New York State Office of Information Technology Services is seeking a Technology Analyst 1 (Artificial Intelligence) to design, build, and validate AI platforms and applications. You will work on secure AI labs across cloud providers and contribute to the AI Farm, FinOps Product, Kiro Enterprise tooling, and a RAG application.

You will write code in Python, C#, .NET, PowerShell, and SQL, implement DevSecOps and MLOps pipelines, and coordinate with stakeholders and infrastructure teams to

• Five (5) years of information technology experience, one (1) year of which must be in artificial intelligence
• Proficiency in Python, C#, .NET, PowerShell, and SQL
• Experience designing and implementing cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, MLOps, and automated testing practices
• New York State residency within six months of hiring required
• Authorization to accept permanent work in the United States
