The Solid Waste Services Department provides residential curbside collection of garbage, recycle, yard waste and a variety of specialized services. The department is organized into two divisions: Administration and Operations. The Technology Analystworks within the Administrative Division of Solid Waste to support the technology projects, initiatives and responsibilities of both divisions. This position will serve as a project lead for department-wide initiatives within their area of responsibility.

You are a collaborative, solutions-focused technology professional who enjoys solving problems and improving processes. You can manage projects, support business systems, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and IT partners. Experience with project management, AVL/telematics software, or Cityworks is a plus.

Associate's Degree or 2 Years of College in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; 1 to 3 years' experience in asset management, system administration or a related field

Sedentary:
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
