IIANC seeks a Director of Technology and AI to lead internal technology operations, strategy, and AI initiatives. This hands-on leader will ensure today’s systems operate smoothly while guiding the organization toward an AI-enabled future.

The role emphasizes responsible use of AI, cross-functional collaboration, and building a culture of continuous improvement through training and transparent communication. Cary, NC-based, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology leadership, business systems, or related field.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and learn unfamiliar systems quickly.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, automation, and emerging technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IIANC's technology operations, ensuring reliable systems and workflows.
• Serve as primary internal tech resource, coordinate with MSPs and vendors.
• Develop and maintain technology strategy and roadmaps across departments.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and new tech to improve workflows and decisions.
• Foster organization-wide tech and AI capability through training and open communication.
