Job summary

Inspire Brands is seeking an experienced technology and commercial transactional attorney to support its Technology/IT legal team. This in-house role focuses on complex tech and AI-related agreements for a multi-brand restaurant portfolio, collaborating with privacy, cybersecurity, procurement, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in tech and commercial transactions, a U.S.-qualified JD, and an active state bar license.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar.

Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation, drafting, and execution of complex technology and commercial agreements across the Inspire Brands portfolio.
• Provide strategic legal advice on licensing, data, AI, and related technologies.
• Support AI governance by reviewing use cases and ensuring contractual protections.
• Collaborate with privacy, cybersecurity, procurement, and business teams to manage risk and enable rapid, responsible execution.
