Job summary

CHSGa IT is seeking a trained professional to deliver instructor-led sessions and create resources for Microsoft 365 tools in a healthcare setting. You will handle user support queries and collect feedback to improve materials, while continuously expanding your knowledge across healthcare and tech domains.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with familiarity in Microsoft 365 tools and enterprise tech.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Education, Communications, Business Admin, Healthcare Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience delivering or developing training for Microsoft 5, collaboration platforms, or enterprise tech tools.
Healthcare or regulated industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led in-person and virtual training sessions on core technology tools.
Assist in developing job aids, user guides, and learning resources for technology tools.
Respond to basic technology questions and direct users to appropriate resources.
Gather feedback from participants to improve training materials and delivery.
Engage in ongoing self-learning to expand knowledge across healthcare and technology domains.
Promote the image of the System through servant leadership and open communication.
Contribute to committees, workgroups, and project management within the System.
Perform other duties to ensure the System's success.
