Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field with experience in technology training.
• Experience delivering training for Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, or enterprise tech.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led in-person and virtual training sessions on core technology tools.
• Develop job aids, user guides, and learning resources for technology tools.
• Respond to basic technology questions and direct users to resources.
• Gather feedback to improve training materials and delivery.
• Engage in ongoing self-learning to expand knowledge in healthcare IT.
