Job summary

FTI Consulting's Acuity team is seeking a Review Manager to lead and coordinate document reviews for multiple client matters. You will set review workflow, supervise review teams on-site, and manage budgets, timelines, and client relationships from start to finish.

You will work with Relativity, Brainspace, Reveal and Nuix Discover, guiding teams, onboarding reviewers, and collaborating with sales and operations to ensure high-quality deliverables and successful engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading document review projects.
• Ability to manage multiple client matters concurrently.
• Strong budgeting and billing awareness.
• On-site supervision and team training.
• Proficiency with eDiscovery platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage reviews independently. Set review workflow and strategy, run the review and manage client relationships from beginning to end of project and beyond project scope.
• Create and monitor timelines for completion of various phases of review.
• Be on site as needed in order to supervise review teams in real time and train and guide team leads and review teams.
• Work closely with operations and human resources team to on-board and off-board reviewers.
• Assist sales team and consultants in Acuity sales pursuits, generate own Acuity up-selling to existing clients.
• Develop initial budget with the team for each case and ensure adherence to that budget by maintaining communication with client and project team regarding changes to proposed work and budget.
• Ensure inputs to billing system accurately reflect case status, revenue projections and authorized budgets.
