Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Review Manager to lead and manage document reviews for complex client matters using Relativity, Brainspace, Reveal and Nuix Discover. You will set workflow, supervise on-site teams, and coordinate with operations, HR and client contacts to ensure timely delivery.

With 5+ years in legal/e-discovery or leading review projects, you’ll develop budgets, guide review strategy, and help grow Acuity engagements from proposal through billing. This role requires a J.D., U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-graduate experience in legal/e-discovery or leading document reviews.
• J.D. required; U.S. work authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience interfacing with end clients and external counsel.
• Proven budgeting and billing process experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage reviews independently; set workflow and strategy.
• Create timelines and monitor completion of review phases.
• On-site supervision of review teams and training of team leads.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of reviewers with HR and operations.
• Develop budget for each case and ensure adherence.
• Ensure billing inputs reflect case status and budgets.
• Communicate scope, timelines and costs to client and project team.
• Build client relationships and contribute to Acuity sales pursuits.
