Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Review Manager for the Acuity team to lead document reviews using Relativity, Brainspace, Reveal and Nuix Discover. You will manage multiple client matters, set workflows, supervise on-site teams, and collaborate with sales for opportunities.

You will develop budgets, provide substantive review guidance, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables while maintaining strong client relationships and adherence to project scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-graduate professional experience in legal/electronic discovery or leading/managing projects in a document review environment
• 5+ years of experience supporting document review software applications, preferably in document-intensive cases
• Experience interfacing with end-client – either corporation, outside counsel or both
• J.D. required
• Must be barred, active and in good standing
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage reviews independently. Set review workflow and strategy, run the review and manage client relationships from beginning to end of project
• Create and monitor timelines for completion of various phases of review
• Be on site as needed to supervise review teams in real time and train and guide team leads and review teams
• Work closely with operations and human resources to on-board and off-board reviewers
• Assist sales team and consultants in Acuity sales pursuits, generate Acuity up-selling to existing clients
• Develop initial budget with the team for each case and ensure adherence to that budget
