Job summary

BMC Software, Inc. seeks a Technical Treasury Analyst to bridge treasury and IT, driving testing, integrations, and automation across TMS, Power Platform, and AI agents.

You will work with stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable tech solutions, strengthen controls, and support forecasting and reporting. Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in treasury with a tech focus, hands-on TMS experience, and strong Excel/data/reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, CS, Engineering; Masters or certs a plus.
• 5-7 years of treasury, cash mgmt, or corporate finance with a tech focus.
• Hands-on experience with a Treasury Management System (IT2, Kyriba, FIS Quantum/Integrity, G Treasury, ION, SAP TRM).
• Strong understanding of core treasury and cash management processes (cash positioning, forecasting, payments, bank connectivity, reconciliations).
• Experience with SIT/UAT, requirements gathering, and functional documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support daily cash management, cash positioning, and forecasting activities; ensure data integrity across systems.
• Assist with bank account management, payments, liquidity, and reporting; help design controls.
• Contribute to month-end/quarter-end close, treasury reporting, audits related to systems/data.
• Design, build, and deploy automation across Treasury and Cash Management, incl. AI/Copilot agents, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across cash forecasting, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance workflows.
• Ensure automated solutions are well‑controlled, auditable, documented, and aligned with security/governance standards.
• Train end users and create documentation/playbooks to drive adoption of new tools.
• Serve as liaison between Treasury, IT, and business teams; translate treasury requirements to technical specs.
