• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, and reporting platforms
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HRIS, or similar enterprise systems
• Experience with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
• Experience with APIs, data migration, or workflow automation
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
