Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking experienced business analysts with software development background to help businesses implement technology solutions in a cost‑effective way by determining the requirements of a project or product, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners. You will be part of a team of world‑class engineers, designers, and scientists, working together in a fast‑paced startup environment. You will have ownership over the projects you work on, and have the flexibility to influence customer engagement and product design.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business requirements from business users and domain experts; define and document requirements.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements.
• Write functional specifications.
• Own and develop relationship with partners or clients, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration.
• Perform business process design in conjunction with operations teams.
• Lead requirements validation and traceability analysis.
• Manage scope and requirements throughout the project life cycle.
• Communicate key insights and findings to product team.
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business / Systems Analysis.
• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business‑relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
• Solid experience in writing SQL queries.
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
