Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks a highly experienced Senior Techno-Functional SME with 12+ years in Medicaid systems and rebates to bridge business needs with technology. You will drive product implementations, integrations, and process transformations using Model N, Revitas, and cloud platforms.

The role requires expertise in SLAs, regulatory compliance, and revenue management, with leadership responsibilities across Stakeholders and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Medicaid rebates and related pricing
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and market access frameworks
• Experience with pricing, contracting, and revenue management for pharma

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirement gathering and stakeholder workshops across Commercial contracting and revenue management
• Translate business needs into Functional Requirements Specification (FRS) and Technical Design Specification (TDS)
• Perform gap analysis and recommend optimized solutions aligned with business goals
• Partner with leadership to align strategic IT initiatives with transformation roadmap
• Act as Techno-functional SME for pricing, market access, and revenue management
• Drive implementation and configuration of ModelN PbYN and lead integration across ERP and data warehousing
• Ensure scalable, cloud-enabled architecture for Medicaid rebate solutions
• Lead SIT/UAT testing and validation of deployed solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Market Access, Finance, and Compliance

We are looking for a highly experiencedSenior Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 12+ years ofexperience in Medicaid systems, Medicaid claims processing and regulatorycompliance. Model N Flex/ PbyN experienceremains highly desirable along with SQL, PL/SQL and Cognos expertise.

This position plays a critical role in bridgingbusiness needs and technology, driving product implementations, integrations,and process transformations using platforms such as Model N , Revitas andmodern cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
