Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Techno-Functional SME with deep Model N expertise for Revenue Management and related modules. You will bridge business needs with technical teams, lead functional design workshops, and guide configuration, data migration, and integration efforts across Flex delivery engagements.

You will mentor junior staff, ensure delivery quality, and work across Agile/Waterfall environments to optimize client revenue and compliance in the Life Sciences sector.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years IT/enterprise application experience
• 5+ years hands-on Model N implementations or support
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IS, or related field
• Experience with Life Sciences/pharma business processes
• Experience in client-facing consulting roles is highly desirable
• Certifications in Model N or Life Sciences domain are a plus
• Experience with Flex or managed services delivery models
• Exposure to regulatory compliance and audits in Life Sciences
• Ability to work across multiple projects and priorities
• Strong collaboration between business and technical teams

Responsibilities

TheTechno-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Model N will serve asa critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This rolerequires deep functional knowledge of Model N Revenue Management solutionscombined with strong technical understanding to support implementation,configuration, integration, optimization, and ongoing support for clientspowered by Flex delivery models.

The SME will leadsolution design, guide best practices, resolve complex issues, and ensuresuccessful delivery aligned with business objectives.

• Act as the Model N functional expert across modules such as:
  • Revenue Management
  • Chargebacks, Rebates, and Incentives
• Gather, analyze, and document businessrequirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functionalspecifications and system configurations.
• Configure Model N applications to meetclient-specific requirements.
• Lead functional design workshops, userstory creation, and solution walkthroughs.
