Qualifications

• Demonstrate seven to nine years of focused experience as a business analyst working on data‑driven projects within large enterprise environments.
• Show advanced proficiency in Oracle PLSQL, including writing complex queries, optimizing database performance and supporting data‑centric applications.
• Exhibit hands‑on experience with IBM Infosphere Datastage in designing, implementing and maintaining extract‑transform‑load processes for large‑scale data environments.
• Display strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a consistent record of converting ambiguous requirements into precise and implementable specifications.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders using clear language and structured documentation that supports shared understanding and decision‑making.
• Apply knowledge of agile or iterative delivery practices to support incremental delivery of value while working collaboratively in a hybrid work model during regular day shifts.
