Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL processes using IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical ETL solutions.
• Develop and maintain DataStage jobs, sequences, shared containers, and reusable components.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple source systems to data warehouses and data marts.
• Optimize DataStage jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Monitor ETL workflows and troubleshoot production issues.
• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Work with database teams to design and implement efficient data models.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, mapping documents, and deployment procedures.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Support production releases, incident management, and root cause analysis.
